Yes. In fact, we not only give you an hour of our time with no further obligation, but we will actually give you at least three marketing strategies that will help you market your site—even if you don’t use us!

Do have any references?
Absolutely. However, these are made available to only those prospects who have a genuine interest in our services and to whom we have offered a proposal.

Do you provide a written scope of work for your online marketing efforts?

Will your marketing efforts help me more effectively position my website against my competition and reach my target audience?
Definitely. At CaptureHits, we take your business as seriously as you do. We not only market your site, but we also investigate your competition and target audience(s) to ensure that you know how to best position you and how to consistently reach your target audience.

Do you have a team dedicated to me?
Yes.

Do you use gateway/doorway pages, key phrase loading or cloaking?

Is there a difference between optimizing for the search engines vs. search directories?
Yes. Engines use animated crawlers, bots or spiders to index your site. These animated programs scan the web and index sites and web pages as they find them. Every search engine has it’s own unique method for indexing sites. This is why it is important to work with a professional optimization firm with a proven track record.

Directories use humans to index sites. This means that in order to have the best chance at ranking your site properly in web search directories, you should work with a firm who works directly with directory surf managers.

At CaptureHits, we know how to prepare your website to make it search engine friendly. We also know how to have your site rank well in the search directories.

Will you use software to optimize my site?
No. Our optimization fees are structured based upon human handwork. Therefore, our optimization is based on your unique needs rather than on a standard template. We personally analyze key phrases, optimize web copy/HTML content and submit your website to the search engines and search directories.

We do not rely on a software program to do the job that a human can do better.

What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing structure is based upon the client’s needs and budget. We factor in the requirements and determine which services are most important to the client. From this, we provide a total project price. Many clients pay this fee upfront.

Others receive our services but choose to make interest free payments over a set period of time, typically six months to a year. Our typical package starts at $500 per month for a minimum period of 6 months. We do not charge a per page or per key word fee, nor do we require that you host optimized pages with us. Our goal is simply to find the best key phrases for your site, optimize it ethically and appropriately and help your site achieve the most and highest rankings possible.

What if my budget is under $500 per month, can I still work with you?
Yes. We offer a coaching/mentorship program. We provide you with our expertise, but you will perform the work. Our mentorship program provides you with unlimited email correspondence (within reason) for $250 per month with a minimum six month commitment. Contact us for more details.

Who owns the work you produce (e.g. web copy, optimization efforts, etc.)?
You do, provided you have paid for our efforts in full.

Can I still use my web designer and hosting company, or do I have to switch everything over to you?
Ideally, we prefer to host your site through our preferred provider, Wollynet, and prefer to handle any optimization work on your site since our team knows how to most quickly implement our efforts. However, we have an open policy which allows you to use the designer and hosting company you choose. (NOTE: If you use a designer and/or web host of your choice, you will likely incur fees in addition to our fees.)

Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. Unless agreed to in the scope of work, additional fees may apply.

How long will your marketing efforts take?
The duration of the project is contingent upon the scope of work, your ability to respond back to our questions, inquiries or drafts; and a variety of other factors. We will be better able to answer this question after we have spoken to you and have evaluated your site as we develop a scope of work.

How long will it take before I see a return on my investment?
As with any form of marketing, there are many variables (e.g. your budget, your willingness or ability to implement our strategies, your offer/product, etc.) which control your overall ROI. While we will work closely with you to establish the best possible marketing strategy, we cannot guarantee that you will increase your revenue as a result of working with us. However, we can guarantee top placements in the search engines, which usually will take between three to 12 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on each search engine.

Why is your pricing more expensive than some of the search engine optimization companies?
Unlike some of our low priced competitors we are a full service marketing firm. We prefer to look at the whole marketing picture rather than ala carte services with minimal impact. We listen to your needs and develop a customized strategy for you.

While the end result is that your site is optimized, you also walk away with a profile of your target audience(s) and how to best position you against your competition so you stand out from the crowd.

I’m starting up a website of an adult nature. Do you market sites such as mine?
