Ways You Can Save Money
When Working With Us


1) Pay Your Project Fees Upfront
While we offer interest-free, monthly payment programs for many of our service offerings, we welcome being paid up-front for our services. When you pay 100% up-front we extend to you a discount of 10%!

2) Read Your Scope of Work Thoroughly
Before you sign your contract with us, please be sure that you read your scope of work carefully so that you are clear as to what services we are providing to you. If you are unclear, please contact us. While we warmly welcome extra projects outside of this scope of work, be aware that extra services which we may provide at your request will likely result in additional fees to you.

3) Pay on Time
While this is rarely a problem for most clients, those who have frequent problems paying late may end up paying interest and/or late fee penalties. Unless otherwise instructed, payments are due on the first of each month. If you have a reasonable excuse, we are willing to work with you. Simply contact us.

4) Plan Ahead
Our scope of work which we provide to you is a guideline for the services we plan to work on over a course of time. If you require us to expedite the completion of our services; and/or request to work outside of our normal office hours; and/or have an urgent need that requires us to readjust our work schedule we will likely charge you an expedite fee which can be over 30% of the project amount.

5) Request Changes Prior to Final Approval
All work we perform requires final approval from you. When you tell us that our work is ready for publication (e.g. a logo is completed, a design is ready to be printed, a website is ready to be posted on the Internet), we deem the project as having final approval from you. Changes after this point likely will result in extra fees.

6) Stay Focused
As the project progresses, it is often easy to become sidetracked into other projects which require your attention. Our efforts work best when we are able to implement the plan as we’ve outlined in the scope of work. You’ll not only save money this way, but you’ll also achieve better results.

7) Reply Promptly to Our Requests or Inquiries
Over the course of the project(s) we plan to complete for you, we may need or require your input or authorization to move forward. In some cases, this may involve special offers or other promotions which can save you money. In others, it may save money long-term by being able to implement the scope of work as quickly as possible.

8) Remember What We Do Best
As marketing and design professionals, we are here to help your business or offering shine! Feel free to task the work and rely on us to get the job done the best way possible. This saves you time and money!

9) Apply the Golden Rule
Treat us the way you want to be treated. We love working with fantastic clients who treat us with respect and value our work. We often extend a thank you in the form of a discount or similar financial reward simply for your patronage.

10) Refer Others to Us
If you’re happy with our work, refer us to others! We consider a referral the finest compliment and to thank you, we’ll pay you a finder’s fee if your referral signs a contract with us. You can use this fee to pay down your fees owed to us or toward additional services we can offer to you.

11) Become a Courageous Owner
Our most successful clients are those who take ownership in their business by taking the courageous steps necessary for business growth. Sometimes that means addressing situations that aren’t comfortable or challenging your skills and thinking. The more you expand your abilities the more opportunities you will have to save money since you can make more experienced choices.

12) Learn to “Fish”
The old adage states, “Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and feed him for a lifetime.” At CaptureHits we live and breathe this philosophy.

If you’re new to the concepts of marketing, you’ll likely lean heavily on our expertise during the early phase of the relationship. But, as you discover more about marketing your business, we will encourage you to learn and explore projects on your own. By handling more projects internally, you’ll be able to free up more of our time to focus on very complex projects that often yield greater rewards in a shorter period of time.
